What are the average shipping times for international freight?
Shipping times vary by destination and mode. Air freight typically takes 3-7 business days, while ocean freight ranges from 20-45 days. You can view real-time estimates via our Tracking Dashboard once your cargo is logged.
How do I get my unique shipping address for TekaFreight hubs?
Contact our support for a dedicated address string for all our shipping routes, including a unique Tekafreight ID for proper warehouse sorting
Safety & Restrictions
We strictly prohibit the shipment of illegal goods, narcotics, hazardous chemicals, and weapons. However, we make an exception for lithium-ion batteries when they are properly installed within electronic devices. We also accept shipments of perfumes and colognes.
Due to the specialized handling, packaging, and regulatory compliance required for these items, an additional airline surcharge will apply. This fee will be passed on to the customer at a fixed rate, for every shipment.

The following items are strictly prohibited across all shipping lanes:

Documentation Required
All commercial shipments must include a

We accept M-Pesa payments. Payment can be made at the time of package pickup or at any time prior to collection, whichever is most convenient for you.
